Porto Rotondo, a small tourist village in the North East of Sardinia, was founded in 1964 by the will of the Counts Luigi and Nicolò Donà delle Rose who fell madly in love with this natural inlet. Their love for art and nature motivated them to found and build the village and build the port that houses the exclusive Yacht Club since 1985, elegant venue of sailing events. The intent, very successful, was to attract artists and intellectuals of the time. The small village is essentially divided into four micro-zones, developed near the main beaches and the center that converges towards the marina.

Villa Anastasia is located in the exclusive Punta Volpe, on the border with the sea and has easy access to two beautiful sandy beaches: the Algae beach and the Sassi beach.
