Villa Smeralda is located in Porto Rotondo, in the beautiful and exclusive Punta Lada (north Sardinia).
Perfectly managed, the various facilities include a super equipped swimming pool with area
hydromassage, counter-current swimming, underwater music, solar panel heating and system
intercom throughout the villa. Villa Smeralda, very well maintained and equipped, with access to the beach
private club Marina Piccola just 150 meters reachable directly through the garden, is
suitable for a holiday ideai both for family and for a group of friends.

The large living room (with
Satellite TV, DVD, home cinema system, hi-fi, air conditioning) is simply furnished but
with style, light colors, terracotta, crystal table. This room overlooks the large veranda view
sea furnished with wicker sofas and dining area.The well equipped kitchen includes: air
air conditioning, TV, refrigerator with ice maker and fresh water distributor,
dishwasher, oven, microwave, barbecue. On this floor we also have a room
double room with satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, leuco Jacuzzi. The bathroom is equipped with
multi-functional leuco shower with steam sauna. Double room for children with bathroom.

The garden is cared for with particular care and in the part
adjacent to the house develops in a flat way and then descend gently towards the area
pool. In the garden, among olive trees, we find an outdoor kitchen with burners, large stove
gas, barbecue and fridge and the aperitif area / dining room with granite table and benches. Through a
pedestrian gate, only 150 meters, you enter the club "Centro Vela Marina Piccola" where
we have a large park, swimming pool and a beach equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (number
maximum of villa guests who can access the club at the same time is 8, this is
due to the limited number of members admitted to the club). To the right of the main gate there is a
covered parking for 4 cars.

A personal trainer is available on request. Cleaning is included
for 6 hours a day except Sunday. Sheets are changed 2-3 times a week and
towels are changed every day. We kindly ask you to reuse them a second
day when possible to avoid water waste and reduce pollution. The gardener cleans the
driveways and takes care of the garden every day except Sundays. The pool water test
private is carried out every day except on Sundays and cleaning of the same once to the
week as a rule and when required.

The cook can be provided on request (€ 3000 per month or €
800 per week). Satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi in the living room, pool and garden.
Computer, printer, internet (ISDN line), fax. 4 mountain bikes. SPA and fitness.

It has an area of about 120 square meters and direct access from the inside of the villa to the SPA, for the gym is recommended access from the outside. A part is dedicated to fitness with Technogym equipment and TV 75" with Virtual Trainer, a window separates it from the relaxation area of the SPA. The glass is equipped with special glass of 50 mm thickness. so as to make the 2 rooms separate from the acoustic point of view and be able to listen to different genres of music and not cause trouble to those who are in the relaxation area.
The SPA is equipped with:

· HYDROPOOL Hydropool model 970, new from the Canadian company Hydropool, has 8 seats/ cots with different types of massage in each session to make a path inside the tub. Dimensions 280 x 240 cm. Chromotherapy and starry sky in correspondence of the bathtub.

· EMOTIONAL 2-seater shower with tropical mist and citrus essence, jet of cold water with mint essence. Cascade water jet at the desired temperature coming out of the monolith.

· BIOSAUNA Stenal , 4 seats, which can be used as a Finnish sauna or at a lower temperature and with a higher degree of humidity simply by choosing the program through the digital panel outside the cabin. Equipped with 2 audio speakers. TURKISH BATH Stenal , 4 seats, equipped with control panel outside the cabin and 2 audio speakers.

· RELAX AREA with 4 sunbeds Alba and Tisane available to guests. The sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area are equipped with AUDIO SYSTEM. Guests can choose from 4 musical genres with a total of over 7,000 songs. Bathroom for use by the SPA. Controlled access to the SPA, for security reasons, with code, directly from inside the villa.
